            Remember Internet Safety Night on Thursday!

 

Third and Fourth Grade:

 

Religion:

            Third and Fourth

                        Tues. – Worksheet

                        Wed. – Open book test

 

Fifth Grade:

 

Reading:

            Mon. – Synonym and antonym chart and sentences for new vocabulary words for “Island of the Blue Dolphins”

            Tues. – Reread story and finish connections worksheet

            Wed. - Reread story and story elements worksheet

            Thurs. – Story quiz and study vocabulary

            Fri. – Vocabulary quiz

 

Social Studies:

            Wed. – Chapter 2 section 1 worksheet

            Thurs. – may need to finish project at home

                       

Note – Entire chapter’s vocabulary can be done for extra credit but must be turned in by the test date.

Special note:  I TEACH to my test so the children know to spend more time studying vocabulary and their notes and less time rereading the chapter!

 

English:

            Mon. – Practice book pages 54-55 and study for test

            Tues. – TEST on Chapter 16

            Wed. – Writing 10 sentences (5 present perfect, 5 past perfect)

            Thurs. – Writing 10 sentences (5 future, 5 future perfect)

 

Spelling:

            Mon. – Given worksheets that are due the day of the test

            Tues., Wed., Thurs. – given assignment that is homework

            Fri. – Worksheets due - TEST

 

 

Sixth Grade:

 

Mathematics:

            Mon. – Reteach worksheets 38, 39, 40, 41

            Tues. – Practice worksheet

            Wed. – Independent practice – page 155 – 12-21

            Thurs. – Practice worksheet

 

Spelling:

            Mon. – Given worksheets that are due the day of the test

            Tues., Wed., Thurs. – given assignment that is homework

            Thurs. – Worksheets due - TEST

 

Social Studies:

                        Mon. – Chapter 10 section 1 worksheet

                        Tues. – Section 2 worksheet
