Bring in can goods for our project!
***Fifth grade is doing a garden basket – please bring in items for our basket!***
Bishop Brandt is visiting on Wednesday!
Penance service and confessions on Wednesday too!
Fifth Grade:
English:
Mon. – Writing 10 sentences – 5 with irregular verbs/5 with regular verbs
Wed. – Writing 10 sentences – 5 with past tense/5 with past participle tense
Thurs. – Writing sentences using words on page 198
Reading:
Mon. – Story Elements worksheet
Wed. – Story quiz and study vocabulary
Thurs. – Page 291 – Think and respond
Social Studies:
Tues. – Section 2 worksheet
Wed. – Section 3 worksheet
Thurs. – Section 4 worksheet
**Europe movie on hold until weather helps us! I will not forget, I promise!**
Note that the chapter’s vocabulary can be done for extra credit but it must be in by the day of the test!
Spelling:
Mon. – Worksheets
Tues. – Writing words 3 times each
Wed. – Put words in alphabetic order
Thurs. – Rewriting words and TEST
Sixth Grade:
Social Studies
Homework this week should include:
Chapter 12 section 1 worksheet
Note – entire chapter’s vocabulary can be done for extra credit but must be in by the test date.
NOTE: For 7th and 8th grades – any homework not turned in on the due date will be zeroed out on Powerschool Gradebook. I will accept late homework but I want these students to see how NOT DOING homework affects their grade!
